If you want to fight for parole reform, a major opportunity is Legislative Awareness Day organized by the NYS Prisoner Justice Network on Tuesday May 3. That's a week from today! Registration is at: www.nysprisonerjustice.org
It is urgent that you register immediately! Why? Because it's only 8 days away, and if you need transportation, the organizers need to know so they can rent the vans and plan the pick-up locations. As you can imagine, that's not something that can be done at the last minute. Same with lunch; the caterer needs to know your food preferences so she can lay in supplies.
